The Promoter

How To Enter
- The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
- If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.
- All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.
- The maximum number entries to the competition will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.
- Entries, including free entries, are limited per person per competition. Entries may be limited if the maximum number of entries for the competition is reached.
- To enter the competition:
- go to the Website and view the Competition you wish to enter; then
- select your number tickets or click lucky dip; then
- proceed to checkout; then
- log in or register if not already logged in; then
- Agree to Terms and Conditions and complete purchase.
- The use of PayPal is restricted to persons over 18 years old and mainland UK residents only.
- The Promoter will send confirmation that your entry has been received.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Free Postal Entry

- If you wish to enter any of our competitions by post, then you must send an unenclosed postcard via stamped post stating: Which competition you would like to take part in, along with your personal details as follows, One Entry per Postcard;
- Full Name
- Date of Birth,
- Postal Address
- Email address
- One contact number.

- All postal entries must be received before the close of the competition , Any entries that fail to follow the criteria mentioned above will be void as per any Entry received.
- Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the postal entries are processed, all details on postcards MUST match the name and address on the account to which they are to be added.
- If we believe one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses all associated entries will be voided, as per the paid entry route.

Choosing a Winner
- All Entrants will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen by random draw using Google random number picker, the tool can be found here. The random draw will take place on the coming Friday after the Competition has finished or as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the Closing Date (“Draw Date“).
- All Entrants will have their names and entry numbers include on a spreadsheet which may be published on the Website and may be visible during the live draw. If you do not wish to have your name included on this spreadsheet you must contact the Promoter via email at info@thefancavecompetitions.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible after you have completed your entry and in any event, at least 48 hours before the live draw takes place.
Eligibility
- This competitions on the site can only be entered by users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use this Site or our services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
- The Prize Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over that are legally residing in the United Kingdom, excluding the Northern Ireland, Except: Employees of the promoter or members of the immediate families or households.
The Prize
- The prize for each competition is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
- There is no cash alternative for the Prize unless stated on the Prize
- The prize is not negotiable or transferable
- If the prize is signed memorabilia
- All memorabilia won in the competition will come with a COA (certificate of authenticity)
- The Fan Cave is part of AFTAL (Autograph Fair Trade Association). Which formed by a group of acknowledged autograph dealers, with the intention of stamping out the market in fake items and ensuring that the customer is able to find dealers that they can trust. For more info click here
Electronic Communications
- No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to award the Prize for a Competition to the correct Entrant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer related failure, or due to human error, the Prize is awarded incorrectly, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability and the Entrant that has been incorrectly awarded the Prize will immediately at the Entrant’s own cost and expense return it to the Promoter and/or pay the Promoter for that Prize (at the option of the Promoter). The Promoter shall not be liable for any economic and/or other loss and/or consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due to such persons. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the software and Website(s) used to operate its Competitions performs correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of doubt, only the Ticket recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated, shall be entered into the relevant Competition and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any Competition Entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event.
Winner’s Personal Data
- Winners will be asked for their consent to provide photographs and/or pose for photographs and videos and have their personal details (including details of any Prize won by them) included in marketing material. If a Winner consents to this, the foregoing photographs, videos and marketing material may be used in future marketing and public relations by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and in identifying them as a Winner of a Competition.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so for circumstances out of its control. In such circumstances, the Promoter will refund any entry fees you have paid.
- There is no minimum number of entries and the Promoter will not hold void, suspend, cancel, extend the Closing Date or amend the prize competition due to a lack of entries. The draw will take place and the Prize will be awarded regardless of the number of entries received.
- Redtooth Memorabilia Ltd are not a registered charity. Any donations will be at our discretion from company profits
